Formindossaligente: Foglie + Futurismo

 

Este atuendo se creó para celebrar el centenario del Futurismo. El proyecto busca unir dos fuerzas opuestas: la forma natural de las hojas, y el trazo dinámico del futurismo. Estos dos temas, aunque opuestos, se unen para crear un producto que es sofisticado y orgánico al mismo tiempo. Es un proyecto hecho en colaboración con la diseñadora turca Hazal Iczi.

This outfit was created to celebrate the centenary of Futurism. The project aims to join two juxtaposing ideas: the natural shape of leaves, and the dinamic yet body-concious lines of futurism. These two opposing themes unite to create a product that is both sofisticated and organic. It is a joint project with the turkish designer Hazal Izci.

Giacca/Camicia

"Giacca/Camicia" es un proyecto en colaboración con la diseñadora turca Hazal Izci, donde una blusa y una chaqueta estandard se transforman para crear diversas formas y estilismos.

Il Natale Perfetto

Proyecto de estilismo y fotografía hecho en conjunto con la diseñadora española Sara Díaz Riobello.

Llanos Orientales

Esta colección de calzado y marroquinería esta inspirada en los paisajes de los llanos orientales, resultado de una investigación realizada en conjunto con las diseñadoras colombianas, Mónica María Hoyos, Andrea Acevedo y el licenciado en filosofía y letras de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Juan Camilo Jaramillo. La expedición duro al rededor de una semana y tuvo como objetivo principal conocer las artesanías trabajadas en el departamento del Meta.

La propuesta de esta colección se basó en el aprovechamiento de algunos recursos naturales, abundantes en Colombia como lo son la Guasca de Plátano, el Totumo, el cuero y la madera, y el principal aporte fue la introducción de la guasca de Plátano al sector del calzado y la marroquinería como un elemento sofisticado e innovador.

This shoes and accesories collection is inspired in the scenery of the Oriental Plains of Colombia, as a result of an investigation realized together with the Colombian fashion designers Mónica María Hoyos, Andrea Acevedo and the philosophy and literature graduate Juan Camilo Jaramillo. The expedition lasted about a week and its main goal was to adquire more knowledge of the artisan crafts used in this area of Colombia.

The proposal of this collection is based on using some of the overlooked, yet abundant natural resources of Colombia, such as the fibers from the plantain tree, the dried fruit of the calabash tree, leather and wood. The project also aims into introducing the fibers of the plantain tree into the world of shoes and accesories as a sophisticated and innovative element.

Homo Natura

Este proyecto esta dirigido a hombres jóvenes que son sociables e inquisitivos que tienen una inclinación hacia la estética moderna y sencilla. Aunque estos hombres son urbanos, valoran inmensamente la naturaleza y la tranquilidad que esta les brinda. El mundo del Jazz Fusión, con su punto de vista psicodélico y tribal, brinda los elementos perfectos para estos hombres.

This project is directed at young men who are practical and inquisitive and who have an inclination towards modern aesthetics and simplicity. Although these men live in urban environments, they value nature and the balance that it brings to their lives. The world of Jazz Fusion, with its psycodelic yet tribal view of music provides the perfect elements of design for these men.

Techno Warrior

Este proyecto nace de la fuerza electrónica de la canción "Declare Independence" de la cantante islándica, Björk. Basado en el fuerte imaginario del mundo electrónico, especialmente el del reactable, este proyecto crea una imagen fuerte para una mujer fuerte e independiente que no tiene miedo de expresarse.

This project was born from the electronic strength of the song "Declare Independence" by the Icelandic singer, Björk. Based on the strong imagery of the electronic world, especially of the reactable, this project creates a strong image for a strong independant woman who is not afraid to express herself.

Old & New

El espíritu libre de la infancia y la elegancia de la tradición japonesa se mezclan en este proyecto que esta basado en la película "El Viaje de Chihiro" de Hayao Miyazaki. El producto final es sensual y coqueto sin perder el aire fresco de la juventud.

The free spirit of childhood and the elegance of Japanese tradition are mixed in this project which is based on the movie "Spirited away" by Hayao Miyazaki. The final product is both sensual and coquettish but at the same time it maintains a youthfull fresh air.

Arcilla Liquida

El proyecto "Arcilla Liquida" esta inspirado en la fluidez de la arcilla utilizada por los artesanos del Carmen del Viboral en Colombia. Con sus ondas y sus formas suaves es la fuente perfecta de inspiración para crear ropa intima delicada.

"Carmen del Viboral Líquido" is a project inspired by the fluidity of the clay used by the artisans of Carmen del Viboral, Colombia. With it's soft waves and soft shapes it is a perfect source of inspiration for delicate undergarments.

Peru: Fuerza Ancestral

Este proyecto esta inspirado en la fuerza ancestral de las culturas de los andes peruanos. Las artesanías, lo rústico, y los colores fuertes se unen para crear una propuesta de streetwear influenciada por la ropa de alpinismo, digna para un hombre aventurero.

This project is inspired in the ancestral force of the cultures of the peruvian andes. Crafts, rustic elements and bright colors unite to create a new proposal of streetwear that is influenced by alpinism clothes and worthy of an adventurous man.

Reingeniería de una Chaqueta / Re-engineering of a Jacket

El proyecto de reingenieria parte de la deconstrucción de una chaqueta comercial para utilizar todas las piezas y reconstruir un atuendo completo usando todas las piezas originales de la chaqueta. El producto final expone una versión moderna del nómada que siempre esta listo para explorar.

The re-engineering project starts with the deconstruction of a preexistent commercial jacket only to use all of the original parts to reconstruct a new complete outfit. The final product exposes a modern version of the nomad who is ready to explore the world.
